Delivery & Returns


Delivery Castle Fireplaces and Fires will try to dispatch all orders within 14 days of the order being received, however this may not always be possible, due to unforeseen events such as temporarily being out of stock. Therefore please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

We use methods of Delivery, Post or courier leave a card if there is no one in, they will require a signature on delivery unless instructed otherwise, it is therefore important to provide us with a manned address for delivery. We may have goods dispatch direct from the manufacturer. Should your order be returned to us undelivered, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee for sending the goods out a second time. Castle Fireplaces and Fires regret that at this time we are unable to deliver outside of the British isles, unless by special request. Postage and Packing costs Our postage and packing charges work on a sliding scale, in an attempt to be fair to all.

This scale is designed to work on approximate weight - the less valuable the order the more it will cost for delivery. Castle Fireplaces and Fires may offer free postage on some items or orders over a certain value from time to time. Should these orders be returned to us for reasons other than a fault If you would like to make special arrangements for delivery please contact us directly on 01524 843680. Customers outside of the British Isles, please contact us directly for a quotation on postage and packing +44 (0) 1524 843680 Refunds and Exchanges Damaged or Faulty goods In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged or faulty which in your opinion is due to a manufacturing error please return the item immediately for our inspection. Please note:

We may have to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection. Items deemed to be a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge. Returns Castle Fireplaces and Fires will refund or exchange any unsoiled item (with tickets still attached) returned to us within 28 days of original delivery date. You can claim a full refund less postage or alternatively exchange any item. Castle Fireplaces and Fires is not liable for returned parcels in transit, in the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim.
